YOUR MONTH, IN ONE PLACE
Migraine calendar app.
Your days, together.
A single entry holds the detail. A calendar helps you find it again. Calmira brings your recorded days into a monthly view, so you can move between the bigger picture and an individual attack.

A CLOSER LOOK
What it helps
you keep track of.
- A month colored by recorded pain level
- Day details with attacks and doses
- Month-to-month context
- A view of recorded good-day runs
Find a day without searching through notes
Open a date to look at the attacks and medicine doses recorded for that day. Keeping the overview and the underlying entries together makes it easier to revisit a particular week before an appointment. You can look at the detail rather than relying on how a month felt in memory.
Keep pain levels in context
The calendar uses color to show recorded pain levels. The colors reflect the information you entered; they are not a diagnosis or an independent measure of how severe a condition is. Use the same pain scale consistently so that your own entries remain easier to compare.
Look at the month and its gaps
Calmira’s month view includes comparisons and good-day information. Those summaries depend on your recording habits. A missing entry does not establish that a day was symptom-free. If you have not tracked consistently, keep that uncertainty in mind when sharing the month with your clinician.
Choose an overview or a fuller record
Use the calendar to find a date, the attack log to preserve symptoms and timing, and a report when you want to bring a period of history together. Prefer paper? Our monthly migraine tracker offers a simple alternative without an app or account.
