YOUR ENTRIES, SEEN OVER TIME

Migraine insights.
A little more perspective.

An entry tells you about a day. A set of entries can help you ask more specific questions. Calmira brings your recorded history into summaries and trends you can review at your own pace.

A CLOSER LOOK

What it helps
you keep track of.

  • Recorded attack start times
  • Average pain and possible-trigger summaries
  • Monthly reviews and longer-term trends
  • Medicine-response history from your entries
01

See which questions your history raises

Calmira summarizes details such as when recorded attacks began, average pain, and frequently logged possible triggers. These views can help you decide which entries to revisit. A factor appearing often is a reason to look closer, not proof that the factor caused an attack.

02

Look beyond a memorable week

Monthly reviews and longer-term views give you another way to revisit your history. The app documentation describes three-, six-, and twelve-month trends. A longer view is only as complete as the entries in it; gaps or changes in logging can affect what the summary seems to show.

03

Read the entries behind a medicine summary

Medicine reports describe responses you recorded, including context about earlier and later doses. Use them to locate details and prepare questions. A summary of self-reported entries cannot determine treatment effectiveness or tell you to change the timing or dose of a medicine.

04

Bring a pattern and its uncertainty

Before an appointment, choose a question, check the relevant dates, and note anything missing. Calmira’s PDF reports can help bring the recorded history together. The most useful summary preserves the limits of your record rather than presenting an app insight as a medical conclusion.

ABOUT THIS FEATURE

A little more clarity.

Do insights prove what triggers my migraines?
No. They summarize what you recorded. A repeated association is not evidence that one thing caused another.
Why might my summary change as I add entries?
Summaries depend on the dates, details, and responses entered. New entries and gaps in the record can change the picture.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER, WITH A LITTLE MORE CONTEXT

Let the picture build.

Your next entry doesn't have to be perfect. It just has to be yours.
